This 2-hour workshop offers a practical introduction to using the breath as a tool to support both mental and physical well-being in daily life. Participants will learn how different breathing techniques can help them regulate the nervous system, increase energy, sharpen focus, and release stress.
We will explore the anatomy of the breath, how it connects to the nervous system, and how to apply breathwork techniques in everyday situations—whether it's to feel more energized in the morning, stay calm during stress, or wind down after a long day.
