Workshop with Line Lomholt
This two-hour guided breathwork experience is designed to help participants tap into the power of their breath to elevate their mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical vitality. Through conscious breathing techniques, guided meditation, and integration practices, this session will provide a safe space for deep self-exploration, stress release, and transformation.

Workshop Structure & Schedule:
1. Opening & Intention Setting (15 min)
• Welcome and introduction to the session.
• Brief explanation of the power of breathwork in regulating the nervous system, improving well-being, and releasing emotional blockages.
• Participants set a personal intention for the practice.
2. Preparation (30 min)
• Gentle body awareness and grounding exercises.
• Breath awareness practice to calm the mind and connect to the body.
• Instructions on breathwork techniques used during the session.
3. Guided Meditation (15 min)
• A guided meditation to deepen relaxation and prepare the mind for the breathwork journey.
• Focus on mindfulness, inner awareness, and setting a deeper intention.
4. Activated Breathwork Journey (30 min)
• A fully guided breathwork session designed to activate deep healing.
• Participants lie down, following a structured breath pattern to move energy and release tension.
• Music and verbal cues support the process.
• Encouragement to surrender to the breath and let go of stored stress and emotions.
5. Integration & Closing Circle (30 min)
• Gentle return to awareness with soft music.
• Silent reflection and journaling opportunity.
• Optional sharing circle to process experiences.
• Final thoughts and how to continue integrating breathwork into daily life.

• Who Can Join? Open to all experience levels. No prior breathwork experience needed.

• Props Provided: Yoga mats, blankets, and pillows for comfort.
