Aerial Yoga is a yoga suspended in silk fabrics, allowing inverted and “acrobatic” postures that promote flexibility, muscle stretching and self-confidence. Fluid movements, twists, inversions and other traditional yoga techniques are adapted to the fabric, making the practice more playful and artistic, requiring confidence, balance, strength and concentration. Suspension allows us to have a different view of our body and its limits, intensifies body awareness, improves stretching and, when in inversion, allows a decompression of the spine, generating sensations of lightness, relaxation and well-being. A unique and visually beautiful experience. It is a beginner-friendly style, and any movement and position can be adapted as the students evolve.

Yoga gives you wings!

Also known as Lyra, the Aerial Hoop is an aerial modality that develops body strength and flexibility through elegant and daring postures performed in the air, in motion. It is an attractive modality because it is both elegant and challenging. A fun concentration and stress release workout that exercises the whole body. It doesn't require experience, flexibility or strength to start practicing Aerial Hoop, skills that are gradually developed with practice.

Fitness, cardio and dance: functional training exercises, with lunges, jumps, push ups, integrated into a dance and aerobics choreography, suspended by an elastic band to be able to "fly". A dynamic and very fun class.
