OM Academy offers a unique Yoga and Meditation studio, with an uncomplicated and inclusive approach. The practice of Yoga and Meditation has extraordinary benefits for the body and mind, and that's why we want to expand access to these practices to everyone, even those who didn't believe in Yoga and Meditation!
Our Yoga studio has the most complete offer of Yoga practices in the country: Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Ganban Hot Yoga and Aerial Yoga.
The Yoga room also provides the luminosity and energy necessary for the practice of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Qi Gong is an ancient technique of stimulating and directing vital energy in the body, while Tai Chi focuses on training the use of this energy in the movement of the body and mind.

The Pilates studio offers small group or individual classes to ensure personalized attention to each person's needs.
Fitness Room
In the fitness room, we bring you Biogymnastic (natural gymnastics or animal flow), a mix of martial arts and yoga in fluid and dynamic movements: concentration, breathing and body awareness.
Our fitness offer also includes cardiovascular, strength, core and mobility classes, based on body weight and small equipment.
Ganban Room
The Ganban room (hot stones) is a special place, providing a unique experience of sensory immersion during Yoga practices, Meditation or Sound Bath sessions. The Japanese concept of ganban-yoku (hot stones spa) is a rejuvenating sanctuary for the body and mind, infusing a sense of deep well-being. The heated floor of mineral-rich volcanic stone creates radiant heat rich in negative ions and low-frequency long waves, promoting in-depth warming of the muscles and body detox. Ganban Yoga is a practice that combines restorative and dynamic movements on the hot stone, creating a unique experience. The heat helps muscle flexibility, allowing you to intensify traditional yoga asanas.
