Raquel lived for 10 years in the beautiful city of Shanghai where she developed a passion for spirituality, specifically Reiki, meditation and coaching. Obtained a Master's degree in Reiki from “Shantih Shala Holistic Arts” and Mastery in Coaching Certification from “Coaching Saves Lives” school. She also has training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming achieving the degree of "NLP Practitioner". More recently she also studied to be a meditation teacher at the Pedro Frias Academy.
